A delicious tapas appetizer with shrimps,
that can be easily used as a starter. It is best if you use whole
fresh Tiger Prawns, shelled just before cooking, but you can also
use the frozen shrimps.

Recipe - Tapas fried Shrimps
300 g large raw
tiger prawns
1 small fresh red chili
1 clove garlic
Paprika
2 tablespoons good olive oil
Serve with:
Good Italian bread
Preparation
Remove head and shell of the shrimps. But let the outermost part of
the tail remain. Cut down along the spine and remove the black
string.
Cut chili through lengthwise, remove seeds, and finely chop chilies.
Fry the chopped garlic briefly in a frying pan, and add the shrimps,
chili, a little paprika and salt.
Fry the shrimps a couple of minutes until they are pink. Cooking
time is depending on size.
The shrimps has to be served hot with good bread.
