Tapas Stuffed Chillies

 

A spicy tapas comprising half the chilli with blue cheese. Adjust taste with a little acacia honey.

Recipe

2 mild fresh red chilipebere
½ liters of boiling water
25 grams blue cheese
1 tsp acacia honey


Slice the chillies (including stalks) and remove the kernels.

Pour the boiling water over chilipeberne and leave them for 1 minute. Drain and sprinkle chillies with cold water.

Mash the blue cheese with a fork. Distribute the cheese in half chillies and pour honey over just before they go on the table.
