Tapas Chicken with lemon and garlic

 

A tasty and fresh tapas chicken with lemon and garlic, which can also be used as a starter.

Recipe Tapas Chicken

2-3 chicken breasts without skin and bones
1 onion, finely crushed
2-3 cloves garlic, chopped finely
1 lemon
1 small handful fresh broad-leaved parsley
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons good olive oil

Preparation

Chicken breasts is cut in thin slices across the fibers. The finely chopped onion is fried lightly. Garlic is added and fries briefly.

Add chicken slices and fry at medium heat for about 10 minutes until the chicken is ready and has taken color.

The lemon shell is cleansed and cut in thin strips. The lemon juice is added to the course. Heat to boiling point. Take the pan of the heat and stir in the parsley and season with salt and pepper.

Arrange with strips of lemon shell and fresh parsley leaves.

Serve with good Italian bread.
