This is a very easy and tasty tapas with pesto and tomato. Also good in your packed lunch. |

Recipe3 tbsp cream cheese 2 tsp basil pesto 4 slices toastbrød 2 tomatoes, sliced in half 12 tsp coarse salt fresh pepper Decoration: fresh basil leaves Stir cream cheese with basil pesto to form a homogeneous mixture Toast toast slices and butter them with cheese mixture. Divide each slice into 2 triangles. Spread the tomatoes and sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Garnish with basil leaves. Tip: Tomato Snack can also be used as sandwiches. Instead of using basil pesto can be used olive tapenade - and decorate with fresh parsley or oregano instead of basil.
