Snack rounded piquant with an aromatic tomato shot.

Recipe
4 dl chicken
broth
1 can of chopped tomatoes with herbs
¼ dl sun-dried tomato purée
1 tbsp balsamico vinegar
salt
fresh pepper
5 slices of rye bread - very thin
75 g blue cheese 42% (70 +)
Chicken broth, tomato and puree, blender good. Season with balsamico
vinegar, salt and pepper.
Halve bread slices and grill them crispy. Butter bread slices with
the cheese.
